Class Schedule

We offer free lessons (Bernina Mastery) for any machine purchased in our store. We also offer a variety of sewing classes.

CLASS SUPPLY LISTS - click on the class listed below to bring up a class supply list & then print it out.


 

For the Bernina Mastery Workbooks and workbook supply lists, go to the Bernina Workbooks page on the menu.

Basic Sewing Supplies (needed for each class) in addition to the class supply list:

  • Scissors
  • Seam ripper
  • All purpose sewing thread
  • Assorted sewing needles
  • Assorted embroidery needles
  • Fabric marker
  • Fabric glue stick
  • Straight pins
  • Seam gauge ruler
  • Ruler
  • Extra empty bobbins
  • Sewing Machine thread spool caps in all sizes (small, medium, large)
  • Sewing Machine Class: bring all sewing machine accessories
  • All sewing machine presser feet
  • Embroidery Machine Class: bring embroidery hoops including hoop templates, embroidery bobbin case, and embroidery foot
  • Slide on tray
  • Free Hand System (knee lever)
  • Sewing Machine Instruction manual

 

 

 

CLASS POLICIES

     Pre-registration & pre-payment will reserve your space in class, so register early. Also, registration helps us know how many of each kit and supply to have prepared.

     Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to the class starting to receive store credit. No refund/credit for no-shows. If you are sick, please let us know and stay home to rest.    

     For classes you will need to bring your Bernina sewing machine, embroidery machine, or serger. If you don't own a Bernina we will set one up for you at no additional charge, as we have ones we use in the classroom—prior notice requested.

     We ask that you arrive to class 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. This will allow you to be set up and ready for the class to begin on time. In that way, you can obtain all the information and skills planned for that class.

     Don’t forget to ask for a supply list when you sign up for a class and be sure to bring your regular sewing supplies such as scissors, pins, markers, etc.  Class members will receive a 10% discount on all items purchased here for the class as well as any other items purchased on class day.

     **Please make sure we have a daytime phone number for you. This will allow us to give you a reminder call. 

     No children in our clubs or classes. Thank you for your understanding.
